5		8.0= All-Pro Talent	Any player given a 5.0 or below is stricken from being drafted
6		7.5= Pro Bowl Talent	I changed to this formula last year and made appropriate conversions
7		7.0= Good Stater/Potential Pro Bowler	I suck at grading QB's off film apparently.
8		6.5= Solid/Potential Starter depending on team
9		6.0= Backup who could start, but limited
10		5.5= decent backup/role player
11		< 5.0= not draftable/devolpmental
12		inc=not enough seen, but other say they are good
