Group project is to create a new wikipedia page which was pretty fun. Fair amount of extra credit is offered. It's really a class where the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Teacher is very approachable and knowledgable, as was the TA my term, A. Chen. The final is take-home and you get a week and a half to write it up. | |||||||||||||||||

All labs are in R, and some of the coding is pretty difficult, especially if you are fairly new to R. One thing to note is this is an inverted classroom set-up; you watch the pre-recorded lectures as homework, with notes and questions due as well, and spend class time working through exercises and reviewing concepts. | ||||||||||||||||
