1	PA 99-590 was signed into law on July 22. The legislation, sponsored by Representative Will Guzzardi (D- Chicago) and Senator Iris Martinez (D-Chicago), requires each school district to report to ISBE information concerning the administration of assessments to students at each school. The law also requires schools to make public the information submitted through the school district’s website or distribution in paper form. Please note that the law defines tests "scored by a non-district entity" as the focus of this data collection effort. We refer to these as "standardized" in the language below.
