Please complete this application and return it with your remittance to the League office by August 1, 2024. If your school division pays your school's membership fee, complete the application and forward it to your school division. Your completed application and payment, must be sent to the League office by August 1, 2024. Partial payment of your membership fee is permitted if you have received approval for such payment from the Executive Director. The complete payment must be made on or before September 15, 2024 (9-2-2, VHSL Handbook).

Your 2024-2025 membership fee is $800 plus $35 for each varsity activity marked below that your school sponsored during the 2023-2024 school year. The insurance premium is also based on your school's total number of participants from the 2023-2024 school year. The insurance formula counts all student participants, with each person counted just once regardless of the number of athletic/academic activities the individual plays.

If your school will add or delete a varsity activity from those sponsored during the 2023-2024 school year, please have your insurance formula count for student participation reflected in those changes for this year's application. For the new activity, the insurance premium due should include the number of participants anticipated to be on this team. This completed application serves as your invoice. The VHSL will send no further billings.
