In Studio, check that the course content has been published in the new course instanceTAIf you see any units are yellow in the Studio course outline, contact your LD.

If the course is Instructor-Paced, adapt all release dates in the outline in Studio.TABy default, the Welcome section and Module 1 are released on the same date. After that, new content is generally released weekly.

In Studio, check and fix assignment deadlines. TA in consultation with LDPay particular attention to ORAs; if the course is self-paced, the deadline should be set to the end of the course. Always get confirmation from your LD.

Scan the whole course for dates that might be incorrect, and fix them in Studio.TACheck all dates mentioned in text in ORAs, assignments, Course info, Syllabus, etc.

Do a quick review of the course content. Check that all links and videos work, etc.TAFor any issues, contact your LD.

Edit syllabus, if necessary.TAIf the course is moving from Instructor-Paced to Self-Paced, you will probably have to delete any references to when the content will be released to learners.

Check that any World Map used in the course is empty. TAIf the map in the course is already populated, contact your LD.

For Self-Paced courses, check that the weekly highlights have been set for each section in Studio. TAIf the highlights have not been set, contact your LD.

Add and pin a new introduction post in the forum 'Introduce yourself'.TA (if also moderating the course)If applicable, add also a first post to any forum the course may have.

Add a new Welcome Update message, date it the day the course starts and delete old Updates in Studio. TA

Send an email to the participants in the new run to let them know that the course will soon be live.TAAt the latest one week before start date.
