2	About this Schedule: This is meant to be an overview of engagement activities for the purposes of organizing volunteers and coverage.

5	PLEASE CHECK EACH TAB BELOW FOR SPECIFIC DAYS AND ADD YOUR NAME AND EMAIL IN TIME SLOTS THAT WORK FOR YOU IN THE NAME AND EMAIL COLUMNS ONLY!

10	PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SHORT DESCRIPTIONS OF EACH TASK - more details will be provided closer to the meeting

12	Blogging, Tweeting, Etc
13	For this, we are requesting that you either write a blog that will be posted to Plantae or live tweet the event using the #PlantBio19. Do remember that you can not tweet specific data, etc unless the speaker gives permission. Please also take pictures. We will provide where you should sned pictures and blogs to closer to the meeting.

15	Badge Scanning
16	You will be given a scanner to use. As people come to enter the workshop or event, make sure that each badge is scanned. Some events require pre-registration and some do not. You will be informed if you can allow everyone in or if only those who signed up for the event can come in.

18	ASPB/Plantae Booth - now called the #ASPBForward Innovation Pavilion
19	You will be provided a FAQ sheet. Mostly your task is to be in the booth to answer questions about ASPB, Plantae and Plant BIology 2019. You will be paired with ASPB staff and others, so you will not be alone in the booth, but as the area is large, we need some extra assistance in the booth.

21	OTHER TASKS
22		Career Mentoring Management
23			For Career Mentoring Management, you will be given a list of who is signed up to be a mentor and the list of who they are meeting with. You will match the mentee with the mentor as they arrive and also track time so that the end on time.
