If you live on Canterburry, and your property is described as having a lagoon, the compare your property values to other homes on a Lagoon. Keep in mind, many homes on Riverside are classified as being on a Lagoon while a property on Canterbury is a glorified drainage ditch because the pumps are no longer flowing.
