Attendance
• Student RSVPd for their selected session and is in attendance for the duration of the session

• Student is on camera and is able to communicate with limited technological issues (NOTE: If the student's camera isn't functioning but they are still able to be heard and share their screen, the student is ok to remain in the session)

• Student communicated with the facilitator about arriving late/early to session
• Student arrived late and/or left early without communicating with the facilitator

• Student was not on camera during the duration of the session or the majority of the session

• Any student who arrives ten minutes after the start of a session will be asked to attend a different session for credit
• Student RSVP’d for the session but did not attend

Presenting Work
• Student arrived to the session prepared with the work, thoughts, or questions they wanted to present

• Student is able to speak to their design and thought process

• Student is able to defend their design choices and is accepting of any constructive feedback
• Student did not arrive prepared with the work, thoughts, or questions they want to present 

• Student doesn't or isn't able to (after prompting by students or facilitator) defend their design decisions or talk through their design and thought processes
