2) When you receive material support, it is a cost that you are saving. In this form, you have to include it only on the income side. When calculating your expenses, don't consider those materials, since they will be

automatically included at the end. (If for instance you did not spend in breakfasts because you got everything from Fund Raising, write a zero in Meal 1 and include its costs estimation only in "Material Support")
