3.1Assessing Comprehension and Communication in English State-to-State (ACCESS for ELLs 2.0)Language Comprehension & Communication: Reading, Writing, Speaking, & ListeningK-12thThe ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 is an English language proficiency assessment based on the Minnesota Standards for English Language Development, developed by the WIDA Consortium. There are four language domains assessed by the ACCESS: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Only Kindergarten ACCESS for ELLs is administered on paper. All other grade levels take the assessment online.45-90 minutes (grade K)
