I have extended Mindfulness to Wed. during directed studies as well From 1:49~2:19.Mindfulness is about paying attention in a particular way~on purpose,in the present moment and without judgment.Mindfulness helps us reduce stress, & helps us focus & feel better emtionally, & physically.

Wyldlife ClubJosh Smith/WrightTalk TownEvery Friday start 9/6WyldLIfe meets every Friday from 1-2 PM in Talk Town. All students are welcome to attend. Students gather to play games, hang out with friends and meet new ones. Our energetic WyldLife leaders check in with students to see how their week went, and provide friendship and support. The first 50 minutes of club is game time when students play silly games to win prizes and candy. During the last 10 minutes of club, an encouraging message about Jesus delivered by one of the leaders from Benicia’s local church youth groups.

Drama ClubNikki Tolson/WrightLibraryDrama Club meets every Friday from 1-4 PM in the Library. Students need to preregister to participate.
Students will be introduced and expand their knowledge of Improvisational Comedy, Acting Technique, Musical Theatre, Shakespeare, Scene Study and live performance in this ensemble-based theatre arts club! NOTE: This club is currently full. Another club session will start January 17, 2020.
