Course DescriptionManaging local and global health projects is critical to the achievement of health and development in low and middle-income countries. This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the tools and techniques used in effective project management at different stages in the project life cycle, including project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The concepts, key elements and application of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) will be presented, including stakeholder analysis and cross-cutting issues analysis, problem and objective trees, and the logframe matrix to drive successful project outcomes.
