Ritz Theatre and MuseumConstructed in 1999 on the site of the 1929 Ritz Theater movie house in the historic and cultural African American community of La Villa, this gem's elegant, warm art deco style auditorium and lobby are available for rental. Brooklyn Royal Dance WarehouseOnce a warehouse, this 1922 building was converted into an 8,000 sqft reception hall, with a 1,700 sqft dance floor. The nostalgic look features a large open arched ceiling and exposed old world brick walls.
