1. To have precise info on how our discounts influence the game.

Most of the current offers have a lot of their value in the infinite lives, and even though it's good because it increases the discount, it doesen't say much on how valuable is the offer

While keeping the discounts high, the new system will allow us to tweak the actual value of the offers, giving away less resources for the same price and shown discount.

Cost of basic inapps is to be reviewed, and use those new values to extrapolate a perceived value, which everything else will seem discounted from.

Then using the actual and perceived values of resources determine how much we are losing to show their discounts, and ultimately find out how good offers are, to review their prices.

In our economy, a hard currency is worth $ 0.020. Rather than selling the first inapp at that price and discount all the others, only with the most expensive iap should have that value, and all others should have a negative discount

However, while balancing, it became evident that the last two inapps are not expected user behavior, so the base value was instead set on the 4th placement
