3	Having a contact list here ensures that everyone can stay in touch and contact committee members		*Here's a handy feature to keep in mind: If you 'comment' on a certain cell (click on the speech bubble symbol on the top toolbar), you can write your thoughts on any data in the spreadsheet. Also, if you write someone's email with a + symbol in front [+treering@example.com] within the comment, it will send them an email letting them know you have a comment on this spreadsheet they need to address!

4	Here, you can break down every miniscule task for this feature, and assign specific committee members specific tasks and due dates. Different spreads can be separated by colored headings.

6	You can add tabs by clicking the + sign in the bottom left, and change tab names by double-clicking on the current name.

8	Remember, as your planning spreadsheet grows, hyperlink these pages to specific tasks on the complete yearbook calendar, as I've already shown with the Volleyball Feature. Copy the URL from the tab in question, then flip back to your main calendar. Select your text/cell, and click on the chain (hyperlink) symbol on the top toolbar. Paste the URL into the 'Link' line, and 'Apply.' Now when people click on that topic, they're taken to the corresponding detailed tab!

10	To maintain the formatting of each tab, simply right-click on a current tab, and select 'Duplicate.' Your layout is now standardized, all that remains is to plug in the correct project details!
