This year's Fest lotto will be the rerun of Nero Fest 2019. With NA probably releasing it around the end of July means that this guide includes Koyanskaya as well as Oberon for additional comps. Because this is a rerun of the 2019 lotto, it'll use the same drop CE which you can see below. Furthermore, the lotto also received 90+ nodes which the original event was lacking. The only real difference between the 90 and 90+ nodes are the shop mats and ascension mats each node drops so farm the one you feel the most comfortable with.

For the drops CE, we get a split stat CE with no starting charge, rainbow buff, and stars per turn. This CE is certainly not optimal for easy looping all things considered. However, you'll still be able to find that all of the comps listed here are 6 slot comps. It also has to be noted that for all the calculations, it is assumed that chance buffs will fail in cases you can't guarantee them. This is done to make the comps consistent and RNG independent.
Non-MLB CEs are calculated at lv.1 (250 ATK) while MLB CEs are lv.15 (355 ATK). None of the comps assume Gold Fous or grails, however, servants used are expected to be 1k fou'd.
