This spreadsheet is a tool to connect students who need rides to school with upperclassmen TAC members who are able and willing to generously assist in driving members from TAC meetings at Ivy Tech to their schools.

TAC members who can drive: Please list your name and the requested details on the page coordinating with where you attend school. Please be proactive with updating the availability of seats in your car. Always be sure to save the contact information for the members you are driving in your phone. Confirm with members if they need rides for every meeting, or if it is on an as-needed basis.

TAC members who need a ride to school: It is YOUR responsibility to contact a driver via their provided cell phone number to confirm that they have room in their car and are able to provide you with a ride to school. Communicate with the student driving you to school if you need consistent transportation, or if it is on an as-needed basis only. Please save their contact information on your phone.

If you are ever going to be absent to a TAC meeting, please communicate with the people you carpool with as soon as possible so they can prepare accordingly.

YR staff cannot provide transportation for students. If students need a ride to TAC meetings, carpooling may be able to be arranged with students who live in your area. Contact Laura Ferguson (lauraf@youth-resources.org) for additional assistance or if you have questions.
