1
Keeping it simple this year. 30 mins of walking every day.
2
I am going to do the same thing I did last year and hope it "takes" better this time around. I am going to do a watercolor a day.
3
Everyday in November, I'd like to say no to something that I don't actually want to do, big or small. I have plenty of other goals for the rest of the year, really, but my consistently saying yes to work projects and plans that I don't have time/energy for is wearing me down and keeping me from accomplishing those goals.

I guess I'd call it "No" November or NOvember, take your pick :)
4
I will not post status updates/photos from my phone and I will delete the Facebook & Instagram apps from my phone.
5
Try a new healthy recipe once a month, making enough food for leftover dinners.
Limit my tater tot/french fry consumption to once every other week.
Start dating again (eek!!!!). No limits here, but also no minimums. Just put yourself out there, Hales! ZERO FUCKS!
6
-Strength train at least 2 days per week
-Study for GMAT for 30 minutes each day.
7
Want to stretch for at least 15 minutes everyday.

Also want to wear my retainers every night that I am home.
8
I am going to do a running streak for the month of November. Run at least 1 continuos mile everyday in November - yes even on Thanksgiving and the three days I will be flying in November. I CAN DO IT!!!
9
I will practice yoga in 5 countries, and journal after each practice.

In November I will be prancing through Europe, and what a better place than to practice some yoga!

I've gone back and forth with this goal, (being that there is a great likely-hood that I will be slightly hungover through most of the trip) but there is nothing that would make my trip more special than taking quiet moments of gratitude.

Ireland
Belgium
Germany
England

Let's do this. Namate bitches.
10
I'm going to share in your goal of no social media on my phone. I waste precious time that I often regret. I need a major break to refocus. Deal. I'm in.
11
1. Take the civil service exams and apply for 10 jobs (at least)
2. Read the paper everyday
3. Find a hobby
4. Take an hour break for lunch everyday
12
I want to get rid of the extra pounds I accumulated over the last few months of moving cross country. Back to my goal weight to keep myself healthy!!
13
launch the holiday collection in my shop
14
Take my lunch break every day.
15
I am going to go for a run (minimum 1 mile), every, single, day.
16
August and September were CRAZY months for me while prepping for the GMAT, wrapping up my first round of grad schools applications, and training for Nike Women's Half. Exhausted from the whole ordeal, I have found myself spending most of October tied to my couch with a glass of wine and Netflix. Thank the lord for NoExNo to get me out of this rut! My goal this month is to finish my round two grad school applications. While they are actually due the first of January, setting an early goal will prevent me from procrastinating till mid-December. I look forward to spending the holidays with family and friends rather than slaving over personal statements!
17
To get back to my "pre-job" fitness level.
18
I am going to:

Lose 20lbs or more in November. (Or, 30 lbs. between Oct. 23rd and the end of November.)
Be in the Gym 5 days each week, and active on the weekends.
Prepare all of my meals meticulously, down to the last gram of fat.
Post all of my activity as accountability.
19
I want to stay on track with healthy eating choices
20
Weight Train at least 3x per week
Run at least once a week

Happy NoExNo!
21
To only press snooze ONCE in the morning when I wake up. This may sound ridiculous to others but I am a serial snoozer. I can hit the snooze button for a solid hour in the morning. So my goal is to allow myself one snooze per morning.
22
Improve my golf game! I will go to the driving range once a week! I'm sure this will be embarrassing but I will face the public humiliation this November!
23
I will exercise daily, Walk or Yoga, everyday of the month of November.
24
Significantly cut down on my social media usage -- no more than 30 minutes/day (except for communication purposes, like using Tango or Facebook messenger to talk to friends).
25
Eliminate caffeine from my diet, which means sleeping more!
26
I will make a budget out of my new smaller income and I will stick to it and not get an overdraft fee!
27
To work on my screenplay in one shape or form EVERYDAY!
28
No hate reading on the Internet
To spend an hour with a piece of art or music each day (minus my travel days).
29
Since starting work a few years ago, I have lost my mania for exercise. I would like to get it back! My goal is to work out at least 5 days a week for all of November. I'm going for MoExNo (more exercise novemeber)!
30
Make time (30m+) 3 times to work on my scrapbook for my Japan trip last year.
31
I will do one of these three things every day: 1. Go for a run (I am not a runner, at all) 2. Try a new recipe (I am terrible at cooking) 3. Do extra Bible study.
32
-No drinking on weeknights (excepting Bourbon Babes and Book Club)
-No eating cheese
-Spend one solid hour a week writing
-Post one blog post per week on connectconnectconnect.com (cannot be counted toward your hour of writing)
33
1. At least 30 minutes of exercise daily
2. No more eating out for lunch/ preparing healthy lunches daily
3. Cut out sweets (my weakness!!)
34
I have A LOT planned for NoExNo this year! After a fun summer of travels and adventures, it's time to get down to business. Here are my goals for NoExNo 2014:

1. Dedicate a minimum of 5hrs/wk to SERIOUSLY researching future career/academic options (I'm still working on how to better quantify SERIOUSLY)
2. Dedicate a minimum of 5hrs/wk to SoCRA certification exam preparation.
3. Be in bed and ready to sleep with the lights off, computer shutdown, and phone put away by 11pm on work nights.
4. Private goal (I promise to hold myself accountable!)
35
Take the time to do things that promote positivity. Focusing on saying something nice to someone everyday, doing something nice for someone (even if these things are just for myself sometimes) tracking how I feel and why, hoping to let things go easier and not be so hard on myself or others.
36
Work out 5 times a week. :-)
37
Going one month without YouTube.
38
As I'm feeling more and more like a zombie everyday, my goal is to be in bed (lights out) every weeknight by 11.
