Everyday in November, I'd like to say no to something that I don't actually want to do, big or small. I have plenty of other goals for the rest of the year, really, but my consistently saying yes to work projects and plans that I don't have time/energy for is wearing me down and keeping me from accomplishing those goals.
I guess I'd call it "No" November or NOvember, take your pick :)

I am going to do a running streak for the month of November. Run at least 1 continuos mile everyday in November - yes even on Thanksgiving and the three days I will be flying in November. I CAN DO IT!!!
I will practice yoga in 5 countries, and journal after each practice.
In November I will be prancing through Europe, and what a better place than to practice some yoga!
I've gone back and forth with this goal, (being that there is a great likely-hood that I will be slightly hungover through most of the trip) but there is nothing that would make my trip more special than taking quiet moments of gratitude.

August and September were CRAZY months for me while prepping for the GMAT, wrapping up my first round of grad schools applications, and training for Nike Women's Half. Exhausted from the whole ordeal, I have found myself spending most of October tied to my couch with a glass of wine and Netflix. Thank the lord for NoExNo to get me out of this rut! My goal this month is to finish my round two grad school applications. While they are actually due the first of January, setting an early goal will prevent me from procrastinating till mid-December. I look forward to spending the holidays with family and friends rather than slaving over personal statements!

Since starting work a few years ago, I have lost my mania for exercise. I would like to get it back! My goal is to work out at least 5 days a week for all of November. I'm going for MoExNo (more exercise novemeber)!

I have A LOT planned for NoExNo this year! After a fun summer of travels and adventures, it's time to get down to business. Here are my goals for NoExNo 2014:
1. Dedicate a minimum of 5hrs/wk to SERIOUSLY researching future career/academic options (I'm still working on how to better quantify SERIOUSLY)
2. Dedicate a minimum of 5hrs/wk to SoCRA certification exam preparation.
3. Be in bed and ready to sleep with the lights off, computer shutdown, and phone put away by 11pm on work nights.
4. Private goal (I promise to hold myself accountable!)
Take the time to do things that promote positivity. Focusing on saying something nice to someone everyday, doing something nice for someone (even if these things are just for myself sometimes) tracking how I feel and why, hoping to let things go easier and not be so hard on myself or others.
