Art Instruction starts January 24th 2025. Students will be provided with exposure to a wide variety of different artistic styles and will learn about working with different art mediums. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in creating a wide variety of art including wood art, metal art.
Outdoor Science Adventures begin April 4th. Students will be introduced to outdoor adventure skills including day hiking and hiking safety, trip planning, orienteering, map reading, bird and wildlife identification, botanical skills and wildflower walks. Expert naturalists will be available to lead several excursions throughout the season.

I teach the safety and basics from grooming , tacking up the horse, safely handling on the ground and biomechanics of English Riding. Riders need to come dressed in long pants and boots with a heel. I have Helmets available to borrow or you may bring your own. Private lessons are $60 for one hour which includes the necessary basic skills to become a independent horse handle and rider. Students groom and tack up their horse for the lesson and lounge the horse as needed before riding. My goal is that students become well educated, safe and confident working around horses as well as in the saddle.
