4) Fix any cable issues - do not add heat shrink yet
15
5) Measure final Rint (Rint-f) and voltages (V0, V1, V2) using Battery Beak
16
6) Test with the CBA (record Ah) [this step may take hours per battery]
17
7) Report Rint, V0, and CBA (Ah) to the mentor (see below for acceptable values)
18
8) If the mentor deems the battery good, including tug test, then proceed with next steps; otherwise if they deem it bad, then mark it dead for disposal
19
9) If cables had 4 AWG lugs, replace with 6 AWG - you may have to make all new cables if they were already short
20
10) Remove and reattach the cables with heat shrink
21
11) Remove temporary label and add new labels
22
a) Large writing: "P##" where "P" stands for "practice" and "##" is a unique number (may not be the same as the temp label since some in the middle are dead)
23
b) Smaller writing, separate label: "Tested 8/23" + "V0: ##.# V" + "Charge: ## Ah" (replace #s with measured numbers from above)
24
12) Final mentor inspection - connections and labels
25
26
Put battery in rotation for practice use only
