63	1. There will be three four-team pools
64	2. Following pool play, placement games will occur
65	3. All games will have a two hour time limit (Exception: Championship Bracket)
66	3a. Extra innings will be played until the time limit
67	3b. If the game is tied at the time limit, one inning of California Rule will be played
68	3c. Following the California Rule inning, a tie will be declared if needed
69	4. Team and individual awards will be presented to the tournament champion and runners-up
70	5. Pool Placement Criteria Is As Follows:

76	Note: If two teams are tied at level III or level IV, head to head will be used to break tie.
