Your website is one of your most powerful tools as a marketer. This free template brings Google Analytics data into Google Sheets
for easy, visual analysis of website traffic and behavior.

The base of this template is the “Raw Data” tab, which is where Unito will sync your GA4 data into and keep it up-to-date in real-time.
If syncing data with Unito, please do not remove the columns UnitoID and LastModified.

You can also fill this tab in manually. Conversion Rates are calculated within the “DropDown” tab and do not need to be added in.

Step 1: Click File → Make a copy to create your own version.

Step 2: Sign up for a 14-day trial with Unito. In order to keep data in sync between GA4 and Google Sheets, you will need a Unito account.
Head to https://unito.io/ to create an account, no credit card required.

Step 3: Delete the test data in the "Raw Data" tab. Build a flow with GA4 and Google Sheets. We’ve included steps to walk you through the process below.

Step-by-step walkthrough to connect your data to this template:

1. Connect GA4 and Google Sheets:

Authorize your tools and select the desired Account and Property for GA4

Select Date, Session source, Session medium, Campaign, Landing page, and Country ID as GA4 Dimensions.

Select Active users, Sessions, Total users, Engaged sessions, Conversions, and Total Revenue as GA4 Metrics.

Chose a predefined or custom GA4 Date Range.

Select “Raw Data” as your desired Google Sheets sheet by pasting the URL.

Install our Spreadsheet Sync Add-On for Google Sheets.

2. Add Rules (Optional)

Your flow direction will be automatically selected as one-way from GA4 to Google Sheets.

You can now specify the data you want to include in your report by adding filters, limit the number of rows you sync,
and choose to preserve or remove rows from your sheet that no longer meet your rules.
