Achievable-employment and deployment of educational psychologist across the learning community, responsible for project management. Project is based on identified needs of pupils within school.

Achievable-employment of Pupil and Family support worker and learning assistant (would like support to identify if this would appropriate posts to achieve what is intended) to focus on literacy skills and home school links in this area. 0.1FTE CT allocation to support this (Can this be at PT level for a member of staff who is a CT)

Mental, social and emotional wellbeingSpecific target –to improve, in P6 and P7 children’s resilience and promote a more positive mindset to learning.
Measurable target- Children will show improved confidence in their ability as a learner using pre and post data gathered through Myself as Learner.
Achievable-0.1 Project Manager will deliver short intervention and assess impact in two classes.
Relevance- A number of children lack confidence and display signs of low self – esteem. Growth mindset approach will help develop a more positive and resilient attitude to learning.
