16		Measurable target- Improvements will be measured against baseline assessment data, teacher judgement using benchmarks and spelling and reading scores

18		Achievable-employment of Pupil and Family support worker and learning assistant (would like support to identify if this would appropriate posts to achieve what is intended) to focus on literacy skills and home school links in this area. 0.1FTE CT allocation to support this (Can this be at PT level for a member of staff who is a CT)

24	Mental, social and emotional wellbeing	Specific target –to improve, in P6 and P7 children’s resilience and promote a more positive mindset to learning. Measurable target- Children will show improved confidence in their ability as a learner using pre and post data gathered through Myself as Learner. Achievable-0.1 Project Manager will deliver short intervention and assess impact in two classes. Relevance- A number of children lack confidence and display signs of low self – esteem. Growth mindset approach will help develop a more positive and resilient attitude to learning. Time- August-June	Assessment of Children's Progress	3.1 Ensuring wellbeing, equality and inclusion. Leading to 3.2 Raising attainment and achievement	Identified school based project manager	August 2017 - June 2018	0.1 FTE, ( possibly at PT level - could I have guidance please?)
