"WHOLE PRODUCT" - blah Agile, blah, blah.

When we take agile to the enterprise level we HAVE to look at the whole, governance, culture, how we treat and value people, etc. If anything we should drop the word "agile"; we're trying to build/shape organisations so they make more sense, both from a business and human perspective. And plenty of organisations are already down that path - se the 2014 Drucker Forum reports, eg http://www.forbes.com/sites/stevedenning/2014/11/16/takeaways-from-the-drucker-forum-2014/
