The documents of projects in which ODTÜ is the coordinator or other projects where all signatures are complete will be delivered to TÜBİTAK by ODTÜ if they are handed in to the Office of Sponsored Projects by the end of working hours on October 03, 2018, Wednesday.		IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL TÜBİTAK APPLICATIONS

i. Please make sure to use the updated TÜBİTAK Application Forms.

ii. All signatures of the project application form and cover page (link: https://pdo.metu.edu.tr/odtude-basvuru-ve-yurutme-sureci-ulusal-projeler) must be completed before submitting the documents for the Vice President's signature.

iii. TÜBİTAK has announced that printed documents can be submitted with either original signatures or e-signatures up until the deadline of the current call. However, submission with e-signatures will become compulsary as of 2019.

iv. For submissions with e-signatures, the hard copies of the respective documents will not have to be delivered to TÜBİTAK. Hence, in case submission with e-signatures is preferred in the current call, we kindly request our researchers (regardless of their role in the project) not having an e-signature to apply via the link https://eimza.metu.edu.tr/basvuru/ at their earliest convenience as the process takes 2 to 3 weeks.

http://pdo.metu.edu.tr/system/files/2244_program_sunumu.pdf		Within the scope of this program, fellowships for Ph.D. students, employment support to the private sector and project incentive bonus for project investigators and academic thesis advisors will be provided to promote the employment of more researchers in the private sector.TÜBİTAK 2244 Sanayi Doktora Programı 2018 yılı çağrı metninde yapılan güncellemeler:
* Çağrı Metni Md. 4.2.3: Rekabet Öncesi Üniversite Sanayi İşbirliği Modelinde; üniversite veya araştırma altyapıları ile teknopark bünyesinde Türkiye’de yerleşik sermaye şirketleri ile sunulacak projelere ihtisas alanı başına en az 5 öğrenci yerine en az 3 öğrenci olarak değiştirilmiştir.
* Çağrı Metni Md. 5.1.1: Program kapsamında destek karar tarihinden itibaren 4 ay içerisinde proje destek sözleşmesinin imzalanması ve proje kapsamına dahil edilecek bursiyerlerin destek kararının verildiği eğitim öğretim yılını takip eden iki dönem içerisinde belirlenerek doktora programına başlaması gerekmektedir.
* Çağrı Metni Md. 5.2.16: Özel sektör kuruluşu ve bursiyerlerin, doktora mezuniyeti sonrası istihdam edilme konusunda bursiyerlerin doktora eğitimlerinin 7. dönemine kadar ilgili özel sektör kuruluşu ile bursiyer arasında istihdam taahhüttüne ilişkin sözleşme imzalanması gerekmektedir. Çağrı Metni Md. 5.2.17: Bu sürenin sonunda ilgili özel sektör kuruluşu, bursiyeri istihdam etmeyi planlamıyorsa, ilgili bursiyerler istihdam desteğini başka bir özel sektör kuruluşunda kullanabilecektir. Buna ilişkin düzenlemeler yapılmıştır.
