I found it quite interesting and the different dynamics of all presenters and where we are, we all have a common goal and its getting to the core of it, it certainly needs to be measured, its all good to talk about it and have fancy graphs but its in the doing, build the foundation, have a structure and get buy in, that is probably the most important. I must say, time management worked for me, there was no loosy goosy BS of meaningless discussions about nothings
This was my first and will definitely be at the next, no improvements at the moment
All good

What we think and perceive is really in our minds, influence and affected by prior knowledge.

Intrinsic motivation is better.
The learner I'd at the Centre and all training evolve around his needs.
Not at all bad.

Gamification
Reinforce learning and assessment (rekindle)
What do you want? Why you want it? (Glen)
No need to cater for specific learning styles. If you want to learn then you will take it in any form
Bigger time slots for speakers, at times the sessions felt a bit rushed
Awesome

I enjoyed learning more about different view points when it comes to education and the number of organisations out there both academic and corporate involved in teaching and learning at different levels.
The venue was fantastic and well organised

There was one highlight after the other and the final day of actual learning and instruction was a welcome relief from the endless stream of absolutely brilliant speakers.

Sticking to the timetable
the round tables were better than the straight rows
all good, food was excellent, bathrooms clean, car was safe, olympic cycles is on the doorstep so I got my bike serviced.

Universal design of learning. Designing for Learning styles improves performance is a myth.

People will learn when they decide to. Different things motivate different people.
Have one laptop and have presenters send slides through before the time to coordinator.
Fantastically
Consultation. The role it plays in successful learning delivery.
70:20:10 - rule. How the 90 is designed for and makes it successful

Great variety and diversity of speakers topics and point of view. Counter intuitive insights. Unpacking hype. Demystifying seemingly complex issues.
Please no bottled water! Very wasteful. Tap water is absolutely fine.

Really good dessert.
Great selection of people from different sectors, both in the audience as well as in the speaker selection. Good range of topics, all with an underlying theme, but from different angles and occupations.
None that I can think of. Really good food.
Will let you know if any kind come to mind.

Teamwork - getting to know different people and engaging with them
no - well done
Fine (second day no salads which is a problem for me personally)

I only attended the last day, but have learnt a lot and had some things I already knew/felt confirmed - especially about how to do analysis better. Loved the combination of traditional group exercises and feedback games using technology.
Great venue, great food.
Topic - performance support and technology - what's the difference and if there is a difference, what's the blend?
