Please pray for Mike (his father) and Colby (his brother) as they struggle through this challenging time. They also lost their mother-in-law/ grandmother to COVID last week and lost their wife/mother to pancreatic cancer in November. Please pray that my parents and other friends of Mike and Colby have the strength, willingness, and love to help support them in this challenging time. Please pray for Mike's father who was recently given 3 months to live as a result of acute kidney failure. Please bless this family and keep them in your heart.
As a hospital employee, I cannot visit my 4 month old nephew for he would be at great risk for fatally catching the disease. Additionally, I cannot visit my grandparents who are in their 80s. My family is very hesitant to hug me which is another type of loss for me. This virus is also taking away my college graduation and time I could spend with my college friends and residents. I have not gotten to express my large thanks to the faculty and staff of VU before my graduation.
