I created this file several years ago to compare multiple revenue-growth business opportunities (that were very different from each other)
In a way that the executive team could make the decision as to which one to invest in.

This file is a decision-making tool that lists 14 different criterion. It allows a quantitative value to be assigned
for each criterion (as well as to remove criterion if necessary), allows for the criterion to be weighted differently to each other,
then calculates an overall score.

This kind of decision-making tool allows not just for single-idea evaluation, but also comparison of multiple ideas against each other
(even if they are extremely different from each other) through the overall score.

I have improved greatly in the creation of models and automation through Excel, including visualization and forecasting. These
models require data which is obviously confidential to the companies I work with. I would be glad to explain other files I have created and
their purposes and uses if requested or in an interview!
