Read these instructions in full to understand how this form must be completed. In doing so, it will assist DoHardMoney in a seamless review process
and avoid delays in the approval process. This estimate is a comprehensive document detailing the full scope of work and cost of the rehab for this property.

1. Complete this Contractor Estimate in its original format. Any handwritten and/or alternate digital versions of this form will not be
accepted.

2. Fill out ALL applicable red and yellow sections. If any section does not apply to the rehab, leave it blank (but be sure to be thorough!).
Note: Use the "Other" sections for additional work you plan on completing in addition to the listed line item categories.

3. Itemize the rehab budget (break down all expenses into the smallest costs). For example, do not simply list the "Kitchen" as a $10,000 expense. Be sure to break down where that money will be going (such as "cabinets",
"flooring", "appliances", etc.) Your payment is based off the specific line items that you have completed in this bid.

4. Review the "Required Inspections" section for any inspections that the Project Manager (DoHardMoney Employee) requires to be done. Inspect each required item and any add notes. If there are repairs/replacements that are
noted in the "Required Inspections" section, please enter the scope of work for those repairs into the "Special Conditions" section (Lines 126 - 131). If you (the General Contractor) believe any additional inspections should be done
on the property, please feel free to discuss with the Project Manager (DoHardMoney Employee).
Note: If it's not possible to run tests on plumbing or electrical due to inactive service, a visual inspection will suffice.
