9	Details:		Objectives: Develop aerobic endurance, team building, getting back into the routine of training. Activities: Classic skiing, road biking, running, strength... Estimated Cost: $425/athlete for condos & coaching. $360/ parent. Athletes prepare their own meals at this camp	Information for parents: We are inviting parents to take part in this camp if you are able to commit to being a tail gunner for the road biking sessions (2 rides). We need about 10 parents. This means helping a group of cyclists on rides from 63-101km. If you are interested, sign up below. We will allocate 2 of the 12 homes for parents. If you want to attend but not be a tail gunner, you can camp at the beautiful Ellison Provincial Park (next door). You can also book at the Outback Resort via Airbnb.		6 day camp of roller skiing, running, biking, hiking. All athlees stay together in the group campground on Kootenay Lake. Estimated cost: $400. Our club needs to contribute 4 parent helpers for preparing meals (there is a head cook hired). Sign up below in row 91-94. 24 hours of volunteer credit given	4 days at Talus Lodge. Run/hike in from Mt Shark Trailhead ~25km, 2 days of hiking and strength training up at Talus, Run/hike out via Burstal Pass. All meals provided at Talus. We are getting an amazing discount so the estimated cost will be $300 for the 4 days covering meals, lodging, coaching, helicoptor transport of food and 10lb personal gear. Thank you Sara! Please read the Talus Waver before signing up.	Rollerskiing, running, ski striding, strength, team building. Stay at Kimberley Alpine Resort. We are chartering a bus. The estimated cost for bus, condo, and coach expenses is: 40 athletes taking part: $440 50 athletes taking part: $390 These estimates are higher than usual for a camp, but keep in mind that parents are not coming, so no need to drive, pay for fuel, and accommodation. Athletes prepare their own meals for this camp	Objectives: On-snow aerobic endurance loading with some speed work, team building, and racing season athlete education. Athletes and coaches will stay at the Lake Louise hostel. Athletes will be in private rooms, coaches and chaperons in separate private rooms.
