To get the full list of needed Item and Service Names exported out of Aspire:

For Item Name: Go to Administration --> Estimating --> Item Catalog. List must display Item Name & Category Name. Click the three dot menu and select Export to Excel.

For Service Name: Go to Administration --> Estimating --> Service Catalog. Add the Service Name exactly how it is listed in Aspire. Or you can export like Item Name.

For Group Name: Customized to what you want—most people use “Irrigation Repair”
