28th Sept 15 - Advocacy track listings are being confirmed next week, once we know what sessions there will be we can push for similar locations & timings
29th Jan official response - sessions on the same day to difficult, but they will try to avoid clashes and tet to keep accessibility/diversity sessions in rooms that are as close as possible to each other
6 May - advocacy track was greatly expanded, so no meaningful progress happened. Looking into summit as a means of providing a more accessible conference environment

16 July 15 - finished entries in the "Dev Tools Audit" created by Ian; contacted group; will send updates every two weeks regardless of status
27 Jan 16 - contacts at one of the main engines have asked for the result of the audit
6 May 16 - further requests for the result of the audit, need to get it trimmed down and sent over
27 May 16 - now have two engines 100% interested, and a further three who may or may not be, but would still like to see some info. One has requested that features listed include examples either of other tools that already implement them, or games implement the desired end result.

3 Feb 16 - two big players not interested . One without giving reason, sounded political. The other because they weren't comfortable with devs entering their own data without it being checked, and they didn't have resource or expertise to be able to do so
6 May 16 - a big player potentially interested. also itch.io open to making tweaks, and providing access to all games to be able to do an audit of accuracy of current system
27 May 16 - itch.io providing press logins to allow reviewing their current system without cost. four people onboard for carrying out the review. Just need to send the emails and get things rolling.

Broaden GGJ Accessibility Challenge

SIG seat on 2016 diversifiers panel, executive producer passionate about accessibility and pushed for panel to consider accessibility related suggestings, resulting in record number of accessibility related diversifiers this year
