Greeting Table Crew(3)
7
Greet people coming in, ask them to sign in, tell them where the snacks are, where the agenda is, when lunch is, and to make themselves comfortable. Make sure they get a GR flyer, raffle ticket, handout, question card, pen if they need it. Push the donation cup. After the program starts, I'd like one person to remain at/ near the table for late comers. Let me know if you are willing to do that, if you are willing to join the Session Intro/ Timing Group, or if you would like to sit and watch the presentations. Thanks! Show up shortly before the event begins.

Throughout presentation, collect question cards, and give people more if they need them. Sort question cards into three categories. 1. Top three questions to answer after session. 2. Questions to answer at Q&A at the end 3. Questions to ask the hive on Facebook.

Volunteer Reporters(5)

Watch a presentation, take a photo, and write some interesting facts, something you learned, top three things to remember, etc. Then we publish it on the blog for all to enjoy! Your report will be due one week after the event.
14
Gear Swap Crew(2)
15
Publicize the need for swap items, and collect items. Day of the event, show up early to set up the swap area, and take donations through the day. Run the swap with whatever structure you think is best. The event survey is the "ticket" to getting into the swap. Take the leftover items to SPOKES or other organization. (NOT Savers!!)
