many of these below would involve purchasing supplies ahead of time, and managing things day-of. We will help coordinate details, amounts, etc.

(we will reimburse for all costs, just need help gathering the items, getting them to the park, and/or operating them). thanks so much for any help you can offer!

pick up & return tables, chairs, and possibly tents to rental location in the east bay (requires truck/van)

bring 1-2 more kegs, jockey box, and ice from Mike's liquors in SF.

bring battery-powered speaker (nothing fancy, loud music not allowed anyway) and playlists (we have some, or make your own).

bring a camera, tripod and remote for photo booth, and help set it up and keep it running

take photos here and there when you feel like it, and maybe a group photo at some point.

bring enough wood for a nice fire Saturday from sundown to late (3 foot fire pit), and a smaller fire Friday night.
