1. Application deadline is 26 January 2026 (Monday). To be eligible for the Early Bird Offer, applications must be received on or before 9 January 2026 (Friday).

2. Please name your excel file in the following format: The HKFYG English Public Speaking Contest 2026 School Registration Form_Your School Name

3. Please send this file back in Excel format to SC@leadershipinstitute.hk to complete the application by clicking HERE.

Please make sure your email subject clearly states:
The HKFYG English Public Speaking Contest 2026 School Registration Form - [Your School Name]

You will receive the confirmation email within 3 working days.

4. Please settle the payment within 14 working days of your application date or your application(s) may be considered invalid.

5. For the school settlement, school can pay by cheque or bank transfer.

For the cheque settlement, please mail a crossed cheque payable to "The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups" to The HKFYG Leadership Institute, 302 Jockey Club Road, Fanling, N.T.

Please indicate "The HKFYG EPS Contest 2026 Group Application Fee" on the envelope. Please write (a) the teacher's full name, (b) school name and (c) contact number on the back of the cheque. Please make sure the cheque arrives at our office within 14 working days of your application date.

For the bank transfer, school will receive the corresponding invoice. Please email the bank-in slip to SC@leadershipinstitute.hk to validate your payment.

In the email, please indicate (a)invoice no. and (b) school name in the subject of the email. For example: [HKFYG EPS 2026] Bank Transfer Receipt: INV-ILD-25xxx : xxxxx School

6. We may send news and information related to the HKFYG and its service units to you using the contact information you have provided with your consent.

Please inform students that by joining this contest, they will automatically become members of HKFYG.

8. The school-based account will be sent to the teacher’s school email one week after the confirmation of a successful application. The service will be available until 1 February 2026 (Sunday).
