1. Total Project Expenses

List all project (both capital and operating) expenses that will be incurred to complete this project. For reference, capital costs include the purchases of fixed assets related to the project while operating costs refer to regular business costs (eg. administrative costs, rental costs, and other operational costs related to daily operations) that are incurred during the completion of the project. Please itemize the expenses and list the provider name next to each item in column B. In column C you will enter the value of the quote. Please select each quote you'd like to proceed with in column D. If you are not able to provide two quotes for each item, please add a note in column E as to why this is not possible. - In-kind contributions are goods, services or time donated to a program or project in lieu of a financial contribution. Volunteer time is an in-kind contribution, but paid time is not.

- In-kind contributions cannot exceed more than 25% of the matching cash funding. For example, a $100,000 project requesting a $50,000 grant, in-kind contributions cannot exceed $12,500 (25% of $50,000).
