The following is of great value to our ongoing VERT efforts towards the EERI Clearinghouse:
"DigitalGlobe has been actively supporting a number of disaster response events through our Open Data Program. We’ve recently activated open data events for Harvey, Irma, Maria, and both Mexico earthquakes. You’ll see the pre and post event satellite imagery published for each event, along with vector data for damage assessments that we conducted with our crowdsourcing platform. We’ve got ongoing tasking of our constellation over affected communities and are releasing those imagery as soon as we have them. Through the site, anyone can sign up for alerts as to when we activate and add new data to existing activation."
Please use the following link to access "All Events". Then you can select either the Puebla (Mexico City Earthquake 09/19/17) or Chiapas (Southern Mexico Earthquake, 09/08/2017). From there you can choose "Pre Event" or "Post Event" to access photos.
