Keep track of your Google Ads budget and get real-time spending forecasts with this free template!

The base of this template is the “Raw_Data” tab, which is where Unito will sync your Google Ads data and keep it up-to-date. You can also fill in this tab manually.

If syncing data with Unito, please do not remove the columns UnitoID and LastModified.

A few additional notes:

The dashboard will only display spending data for the current month.

The Forecasted Spend and Budget chart displays your cumulative spending and budget data for the current month so far and a forecast for the rest of the month.

The Actual Daily Spend + Average Forecasted chart displays your spending data for the current month so far and your spending limit, which is 2x your daily spend.
The remaining daily spend for days which have not occurred yet is based on current spending.

Step 1: Click File → Make a copy to create your own version.

Step 2: Sign up for a 14-day trial with Unito. In order to keep data in sync between Google Ads and Google Sheets, you will need a Unito account.

Step 3: Delete the test data in the "Raw Data" tab. Build a flow with Google Ads and Google Sheets. We’ve included steps to walk you through the process below.

Step-by-step walkthrough to connect your data to this template:

1. Connect Google Ads and Google Sheets:

Authorize Google Ads and select the desired Account

Choose Campaign as a Resource

Select Campaign Name, Date, and Campaign Budget Amount Micros as Dimensions.

Select Impressions, Clicks, Cost Micros, and Conversions as Metrics.

Select This Month as your Google Ads Date Range.

Authorize Google Sheets and select “Raw_Data” as your desired sheet by pasting the URL.

Your flow direction will be automatically selected as one-way from Google Ads to Google Sheets.

You can now specify the data you want to include in your report by adding filters, limit the number of rows you sync,
