Who decided that you were going on a business trip?Olga and her manager had a talk 6 month ago about regular business trips. Agter that they plan every business trip is in a month and make a speech befor HR director, than she decides if the goal for business trip and company goals match. Who arranged the trip for you?HR manager makes all the documentation, chooses tickets and hotels. Olga didn't have to do anything exept for the speech for HR DirectorHer manager made a trip request in an internal time tracking software. The trip was agreed, after that HR manager contacted her to approve the hotel and tickets. Christina did with help of travel manager and SAAS-system for time tracking. What was important to you in your plane/train tickets for this trip?Good train, short trip, to be able to come in advance to get ready for the dayWanted to come in advance, therefore chose a plane that arrives day before the working one. Loves trains if it is comfortable, so took fast train early in the morning with WiFI to be able to work and have breakfast in train (included in the tickets cost, economy seat +)
