6	Step 2	SAPO or DOT			Apply for the Open Culture Permit with SAPO Refer to "I want to host a performance/cultural event(s) at my public space" steps 3-6 for additional permit requirements
7				Permit Parameters	Must be an arts/cultural institution or entertainment venue.
8					Note: with this special permit, you will not need additional permits for ticketing, donations, or filming. Other restrictions apply.

12					Apply to be an Arterventions partner (RFP) with DOT
13				Permit Parameters	• Must be an arts nonprofit, gallery, BID, or other institution.
14					• Spaces include DOT sidewalks, fences, triangles, medians, bridges, jersey barriers, step streets, public plazas and pedestrianized spaces
15					• Max period of art = 11 months
16					Apply to be an Art Display Case Exhibits partner (RFP) with DOT
17				Permit Parameters	• Must be an arts nonprofit, gallery, BID, or other institution.
18					• Must relate to a current or upcoming exhibit, festival or historic/commemorative event
19					• Must meet site requirements on a wide sidewalk or within/adjacent to a public plaza
