βœ” We are not planning to provide one global tool for you to directly use for your planning. Global tools will have different templates that you can use as reference to build your own tool based on your need of the entity.

βœ” First it is reccomended you to think, what you want as the output of the planning and how you can use the MC Planning space to bring all the team into one direction. You may use the Planning brief ppt to get an overall picture and it’s main components of the planning.

βœ” AI is expecting for you to submit your goals for the global goals achievement dashboard. Note that your goals submission on time will impact your EY eligibility for global awards. This also include your EY budget plan to be submitted to GFB. Regional Office is expecting you to submit your strategy plan to feedback. You will need to submit the EY risk tool with identitfied top risks as well.

βœ” When using tabs given in this sheet, it's recommended to fill only cells with yellow color for number tables, hence other cells are expected to fill automatically from the formulas. Before filling any cell, please check if it got any formula.

βœ” For spaces you don't need, it's reccomended to hide them without deleting them. So it will not break the tool and connections between goals setting tabs.

βœ” Once you build your tool, check whether all the tabs are adjusted to your entity context and namings, also check drop downs, formulas, connections, etc by randomly filling cells. If you are not skilled in handling google sheets, it is recommended to invest some time of yours to improve this skill.
