The horn is too big and too heavy, it'll affect the kerning and spacing of uhorn and ohorn.

grave on circumflexgrave is placed too low, it's hard to make out at small size. General accents are placed too high from the base character, while the stacked diacritics is placed too near each other, for example, in abreveacute, breve is placed too far from a, but the acute is like touching the breve.

abrevegrave is not consistent compared to the rest of abreve[accents], the breve here looks much heavier.

I don't think stretching the accents is a good idea. Looks like all the stacked diacritics has been stretched vertically to fit. We should scale them down but still maintain the ratio and weight.

the horn is taken from the single quotation mark, looks like the original based this on arial, which is a terrible choice for Vietnamese.

On circumflexgrave/circumflexacute, the grave and acute have been clipped to fit, but the grave/acute on breveacute and brevegrave is not clipped. Why?

The hookabove looks like it was vertically stretched. Also the circumflex/tilde, breve/tilde are vertically stretched too much, especially on uppercase letters.

The uhorn/other kerning pair is too tight. This is because of the horn is designed to be too big and extend too much to the right.

The hookabove should be placed to the right of circumflex, not on top of it since the other combinations is placed that way.
