3	Insert results for each race into the marked cells
4		Extend or reduce the json generating cells to match the length of the results
5		Double check the yellow cells, that the ranges include all competitors
6	Copy the generated JSON from cell "C2"
7	Verify the contents of the JSON at		https://jsonformatter.curiousconcept.com/#

9	Upload the JSON to https://github.com/bluefeet32/IrishOrienteeringArchives/tree/main/data to a file with the name "<year>.json"
