9	Make sure when you create a burn, all the information that you put in is the same as this example.	Make sure you type AVAILABLE in all caps unless it will not be clickable on the webapp. The Webapp only allows a person to click on a cell if it says AVAILABLE, otherwise it is locked.	Make sure dates are in column C, an emailer is sent out three days prior according to this date that corresponds with the name to remind them of their shift	This alerts you that an email was sent out to the associated burn members three days prior to their burn
