You get the info by email when you ask for a transfer (most unfriendly way to get this info). I can only tell about VPS Avenger because I don't own any other Vengeance products. I do know they have products that use dongles (eLicenser). From version 1.5 which is released in the near future Avenger will also get the dongle (Codemeter; not eLicenser like their other products), but software Codemeter is also possible. At the moment (up till version 1.4.10) a keyfile based licensing system is used. The transfer fee for Avenger is 25 and you have to pay taxes on top of that (if applicable in your country). You have to send the new owner the invoice of your original purchase , which might be a problem since it contains your own address and also the original price you bought the product for.
