To Find the best possible performances in trail running races we add the best performance for running 1km (155 sec - equivals at 25:50 per 10 km, actual record is 26:17) and the best performance for climbing 1m elevation (1,053 sec - equivals at climbing 1000m in 22:43:00, actual record is 28:54 )

The other factors that affects the absolut performance are:
12
13
1) Decrease of speed due to fatigue in running longer distances
14
15
2) Decrease of speed due to fatigue in running longer elevations
16
17
3) Decrease of speed due to altitude
18
19
4) Decrease of speed due to steepness in altitude
20
21
5) Decrease of speed due to technical terrain
22
23
6) Decrease of speed due to lack of inertia (more inclination, less inertia)
