If using Extruded Polystyrene (XPS), Phenolic foam (PF), Polyisocyanurate (PIR) or Polyurethane (PU), DO NOT FORGET THAT the theramal conductivity needs to include aging effects and for PIR drating for temperature per PHI. No need to derate if using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) or if you have the manufacturer's test data showing aged values.
