4	1	The first round is a best of 5, with 2 bans each, 2nd to 4t are Best of 7, quarter and semi finals are 9, Finals are best of 11 with 2 ban each. You cannot both ban the same map, or the tiebreaker.
5	2	To decide who bans first, both players will !roll. Whoever gets the higher roll bans first, the lower roll gets to decide what the first map to play is.
6	3	Both players will be contacted by the match referee before the match starts in bancho chat. Players have until 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the match to show up, or they automatically forfeit.
7	4	In the mappools, there are nomod picks, freemod picks, forcemods and a tiebreaker. On nomod picks, both players cannot use any mod, Freemod is any mod, including nomod and even DT if both agree, Forcemod players must choose at least 1 mod each, No DT in forcemod. Tiebreakers are considered Freemod.
8	5	DT and HT on freemod and tiebreakers must be agreed upon by both of the players, or they will not be enabled.
9	6	Both players are entitled to one warmup pick at the start of the match. Warmup maps should be under 4mins 30s long and they must be submitted to osu.ppy.sh
10	7	In the event of a tie, the score wont change, neither player will gain a point.

12		Matchups for the first round will be randomly selected. No seeding, just purely random. If there are not enough people to fill the initial bracket, then the higher ranked people will advance to the next tier.
13		There are several maps in the tourney that have been DMCA'd and cannot be downloaded, if you are having issues finding a map that cannot be downloaded on the site, contact a ref and they can provide one for you.

15		Notice to refs - make sure you download and check the map is working properly before using tourney client. Rename the tournament.cfg, open the client and make sure the map is the latest ranked version.
