Each Local Association President is required to complete an annual report. The information provided will be

used to determine the annual CSMTA Local Association of the Year Award, which will be presented a the

Local Association Luncheon during the CSMTA Conference. The association chosen as CSMTA Local

Association of the Year will be eligible to submit an application to MTNA for the National Association of the
7
Year, which offers a cash award.

H4/7/2016The meeting was held at the home of member Amber Berry as Roper Music building was sold and they are moving. Planned presenter could not be there so member Roberta Hardy gave a wonderful lesson on working with parents, attendance, keeping interest high for students. All beginning teachers should get to hear this class.

Our newsletters are all on the web site.  Our correspondence is all with email.  Many of our teachers use the Piano Marvel program.  Students get much music off the internet,.  WE also make good use of Utube and Itunes.  We post minutes on the web site.
