57						> If you go for Higher Salary, I will email Randy to increase your salary +$10k per year, and also ask for this to be retroactive as of your first day as a full-time Buffer employee
58						> Equity is granted over a vesting schedule of 4 years, with a one year cliff. Here is what it means :) :
59							> After 12 months at Buffer - you will get 25% of your Total Equity. If you leave before having a 12-month tenure, you will not be able to access your equity
60							> After 12 months, your equity will be accessible every month until you can access your full equity, that is after a total of 48 months (4 years at Buffer)
61							> That means that starting month 13, your can access an extra 1/48th of total equity each month
62							> As an illustration, if you were to leave after 2.5 years, that is (12+12+6) months = 30 months spent at Buffer, 30/48 = you will be granted 62.5% of equity
